26 – 28 September 2025
The Dutch Antiquarian Booksellers' Association, Nederlandsche Vereeniging van Antiquaren (NVvA), has announced that the 2025 Amsterdam fair will return in September to the beautiful historical 17th-century Zuiderkerk, located in the heart of Amsterdam's city center. This iconic venue, where the NVvA already successfully hosted the fair in 2023, will once again set the stage for another memorable event.
The fair will open with a vernissage on Friday, 26 September, followed by regular fair days on Saturday, 27 and Sunday, 28 September.
In addition to the fair, the organisers are also preparing a series of cultural events. These include an exhibition on the Dutch poet Gerrit Achterberg (1905–1962), organised by the Antwerp Bibliophiles and the Dutch Society of Bibliophiles. The Dutch Society for Papercutting Art will once again be present, along with live demonstrations of hand gilding and, potentially, paper marbling.
ILAB booksellers are now invited to apply for a stand. Please follow this link: https://amsterdambookfair.net/...
