FIRSTS LONDON 2020 - Cancelled

The organisers of FIRSTS LONDON, the Antiquarian Booksellers Association UK have announced that the 2020 fair is now cancelled due to the COVID 19 crisis.

In a message to all ILAB affiliates, the organisers wrote on 2 May 2020:

"Dear Colleagues,

It is with great disappointment that we announce the cancellation of Firsts 2020. For the past few weeks, The ABA management have been in discussions with the venue, Battersea Evolution, over our cancellation terms. This week we finally came to an amical agreement for cancelling the fair. Ultimately the safety of our exhibitors and visitors is our top priority.

We will be running a highlights based virtual book fair on the Firsts London website, which will launch June 5.

We look forward to bringing you a refreshed and exciting London summer fair in 2021."
