Payment with order please. Payment may be made by Canadian cheque, US funds check [drawn on an American bank], money order, Visa, AMEX, or Mastercard. Payment may also be arranged by Pounds Sterling cheque. ILAB members (and other booksellers known to us) may request billing. Institutions and established customers may also request billing. All prices in US funds. Canadian customers may request billing in Canadian funds, and will be quoted at current rates of exchange. GST/HST will be added to all Canadian Orders. Postage is extra and will be quoted. All items are offered subject to prior sale. Any item may be returned, [well packed and in the same condition as received], postmarked within seven days of receipt, for refund.
