All books subject to prior sale. Individuals and dealers can remit by a check in US dollars on a US based bank, or by credit card: Visa, MasterCard, Discover (Novus), & American Express. Shipping is $3.50 per order for media mail withing the USA. Priority and UPS are $10.35 for the first book, additional books billed at cost. Foreign shipped at cost. Airmail and over night shipping available upon request at additional cost. Major Institutions can be billed. ALL BOOKS ARE IN VERY GOOD CONDITION OR BETTER UNLESS NOTED. All books returnable for any reason within thirty days of receipt.
