Antiquarian Booksellers at Buch Wien 2026

Preparations are currently underway for the annual Buch Wien fair, which will take place from 25–29 November 2026. The fair is Austria’s leading book fair and festival, bringing together a large audience of readers, publishers, and book professionals.

As in previous years, there will be a joint stand for Austrian and international antiquarian booksellers, offering a platform to present rare books, manuscripts, and works on paper within a contemporary book fair setting.

The antiquarian section has grown significantly over the last few years.

The Austrian antiquarian booksellers' association, VDAÖ, is currently developing a range of display options to accommodate different needs and was pleased to welcome an increasing number of international colleagues each year, making this a lively and diverse showcase for the rare book trade.
