Who does not enjoy a trip to Vienna, one of Europe's grand old cities still living and breathing its cultural heritage?
Every year, the Austrian antiquarian booksellers' association, the Verband der Antiquare Österreichs (VDAÖ), exhibits a selection of rare books, manuscripts, and other antiquarian material in a dedicated section in Hall D at Austria's largest book fair.
This joint stand by the VDAÖ usually sees around 15 booksellers exhibiting their finest selection but also educating the broader public on the joys of book collecting and the history of the book.
