Application Form for Mentees

After consulting the list of mentors on the ILAB Mentoring Programme, prospective mentees are required to fill in the Application Form.

Please answer all questions as fully as possible and return to editor@ilab.org. A small group of members of the ILAB Committee will confidentially review applications and make suggested matches between mentors and mentees.
