The Hong Kong Antiquarian Book Fair, now FIRSTS Hong Kong, began quite literally, as an idea sparked by Australian bookseller Paul Feain of Cornstalk Bookshop. Having attended book fairs around the world, Paul felt that Asia was underrepresented on the international fair circuit.
