Bolivar Old Prints

Timothée de Saint Albin opened his gallery, Bolivar Old Prints, in Bogotá, Colombia, in 2006, specializing in antique maps, prints, and travelers' books. The gallery was named in honor of Simón Bolívar, the leader of Colombian independence. In 2015, Timothée relocated his shop to Mexico City's Plaza del Ángel antiques mall. Since 2020, he has been based in Barcelona, where his gallery is located near the Paseo de Gracia and Gaudí's renowned La Pedrera building. In addition to his gallery work, Timothée founded Bogotá Auctions in 2014, Colombia's leading auction house, where he continues to oversee the books and prints department.

Bolivar Old Prints, also known as Bolivar Old Prints Anticuario, offers a wide range of maps, views, and decorative prints from the 16th century to the 1960s. The gallery has participated in several international map fairs, including those in Miami and Paris. It also provides a selection of fine and rare antiquarian books focused on travel, history, and geography. Bolivar Old Prints is a member of the Iberian League of Antiquarian Booksellers (AILA) and the International League of Antiquarian Booksellers (ILAB).
