Toronto Fair News - The Toronto International Antiquarian Book Fair moves to Baillie Court!
The Antiquarian Booksellers’ Association of Canada is very pleased to announce that the 2013 Toronto International Antiquarian Book Fair (TIABF) will run from Friday, November 8th through Sunday, November 10th, 2013.
We are pleased to announce that the book fair has moved to Baillie Court, at the AGO. The Art Gallery of Ontario was designed by noted architect Frank Gehry, famous for: The Guggeeinheim Museum in Bilbao Sapin, Walt Disney Concert Hall in Los Angeles, the Jay Pritzker Pavilion in Chicago and the Dancing House in Prague. This move is seen by all involved as a major step forward for the book fair, into the modern, comfortable and complementary environment of Ontario’s world famous art gallery and furthermore allows the book fair to share in promotion with the AGO's 84,000 members.
We have space for only about 32 exhibitors at the TIABF and we are certain that booths will sell out quickly.
Save the date!
