· Titles are offered subject to prior sale. The chronology of incoming orders will be strictly respected. · The books are generally in a good condition (minor defects are not always stated). · Orders can be made by E-mail, fax, phone or letter. · An E-mail will be sent to inform about the availability and the total cost (incl. sending costs). · Payment has to be made in advance. The ordered books will be on hold during 2 weeks until we have received your payment. · Payment can be made via creditcard (VISA, MASTERCARD or AMERICAN EXPRESS), via bankcheck or via banktransfer on our Belgian bankaccount (KBC nr. 456-9583471-92 ). · Shipping expenses as well as any extra banking fees (and insurance - on demand) are at buyer's expense. Shipping is at buyer's risk. · Books are returnable within 7 days after receiving them and with statement of any reason. · Additional information can be obtained on demand by email: delezenaar@pandora.be
