Domestic shipping charges: $5.50 for the first volume, $2.00 each additional volumes.
For expedited service, we offered 3 day shipping at $7.50 for the first volume, $4.00
each additional volume. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes in the United States.
International Shipping charges: $11.00 for all octavo books under 4 lbs. shipped Global Priority,
where available.
For larger orders, shipping will be quoted.
We accept VISA, Mastercard, check, and money order. Items will be held seven (7)
days pending payment receipt. Items are guarenteed as described and can be returned
within ten (10) days of receipt. Payment must be received before shipment, unless
subject to other agreements (ABAA member, institutions, etc.).
Illinois residents, please add 8.75% sales tax.
