All orders or enquiries if made by telephone should be supported by e-mail. Further information or colour scans of illustrations are available as required, and of course there is no charge for this service. For some orders, a reference may be required. For payments, bank details can be supplied. Visa and Mastercard are accepted. Dealers should enquire before charging their purchases in this way. Payment can be arranged in currencies other than Sterling but please call or e-mail so we can agree on a rate of the day to avoid further difficulties in conversion. Postage is extra. We maintain contracts to give the cheapest possible Air Mail International Priority post, and have been shipping books for almost 50 years. Everything is returnable if not as described and notice is given promptly on receipt of the goods. This does not mean that automatically goods are sent out on approval. Any return is entirely the responsibility of the returnee, and, especially from abroad, the Post Office is preferred to carriers. There is usually something suitable for the printseller, mapseller and decorator, too.
