Michigan customers will be charged 6% sales tax on the item. Ohio customers will be charged 7.25% sales tax on the item and shipping cost.
Shipping & Handling: Books will be sent via USPS Media Mail for $4.10. USPS Priority Mail, UPS and Fed-ex available upon request. An additional charge will be quoted for oversize or very heavy books.
Uninsured items are sent at the buyers own risk. Please indicate that you want insurance in the additional notes section. If you do not indicate that you want insurance the book will be mailed without at your own risk. Insurance within the U.S.A. costs are as follows
$0.01-$50.00 = $1.30
$51.00-100.00 = $2.20
$101.00-$200.00 = $3.20
$201.00-$300.00 = $4.20
and so on.
