Libraries may be billed to suit their budgetary requirements. Customers unknown to us - or those known all too well - may be asked to submit payment in advance. Shipping will be billed at cost. Orders from outside the United States will be shipped via airmail unless otherwise requested. California residents will be charged sales tax.
