Orders are settled according to the rank of their receipt. Phone orders are to be confirmed briefly by e-mail or fax. Consignments, if not otherwise agreed, are sent by air-mail. Shipment follows the payment (title price + postage + insurance + CZK 500 for export licence if needed). Property rights reserved until complete payment.
