Association Copies

decoration01 April 2011|30 April 2011

April’s exhibition at the Bookshop in Old New Castle features association copies from Oak Knoll Books. The unique books on display, signed and/or presented by the author or editor, cover a broad range of topics including bookbinding, poetry, bibliography, libraries, and publishing. Some of the books are inscribed to bibliophiles such as Henry Stevens and Frank Altshul, others contain presentations with letters and presentations written by the editor.

About the Bookshop in Old New Castle: Each bookseller in the Bookshop in Old New Castle is a member of the ABAA and offers a unique selection of books characteristic to its specific specialties. The Bookshop in Old New Castle opened May 1, 2010. As The Bookshop in Old New Castle is a combination store between Oak Knoll Books, Between the Covers Rare Books, The Kelmscott Bookshop, and the Old Bookshop of Bordentown, the exhibitions will alternate monthly with each store taking turns showcasing different collections of their finest material.
